I hereby apply for the membership of the National Democratic Movement(NDM) after having been convinced by the objectives and goals of the party. I undertake to pay my membership fee and any subscriptions that may be required from me. I shall participate & attend any function(s) of the party (NDM) as required of me from time to time. I understand and accept that NDM may have more requirements for membership than it is in position to admit, therefore, NDM reserves the right to decide my application for membership upon its own criteria/priorities and to decline to accept any individual application thereof.
