- The 9th Session of the National Leadership Council Meeting The 9th Session of the National Leadership Council was held on 9-12 August 2025. It brought together delegates from the States and representatives of popular and syndicated organizations. The meeting deliberated on organizational and political matters. In the closing session the NLC issued a Final Communiquè summarizing the outcome of the three-day meetings.
